Wow,

NEWP and APAT just flew today.

I think most ORTL stockholders must be disappointed with the buyout price of ORTL. Estimates were for $200 a share for their Tellium stake. I had a more conservative $100. The buyout does validate the area of cable telephony and the delivery of broadband services over cable. HLIT would be another logical tokeover choice as it has the same market cap and proprietary technology in the segment, though it is further up the foold chain than ORTL.
