ESHR 23 1/2, up 3 and keeps going. Bob Pisani just pointed out cyclicals, banks, some drugs (JNJ), some retailers all at 52-week lows while techs flying. I remember hearing him report the same thing about six months ago. Then again about oil stocks a few months ago. This sparked interested ni those oversold sectors and up they went. Man has a lot of influence without pumping, just reports the facts. All of these sectors are bargains now. Will tyhey go up from here? Probably yes. One thing I know there's not much downside risk.
