I was told by schwab that moneys were easily transferd back and forth from schwab and cyber.....?

Gee, (and I think this question has been asked 100 times and never really answered) then WHAT IS THE ADVANTAGE OF THE MERGER TO a) SCHWAB CUSTOMERS AND b) CYBER CUSTOMERS...excuse my ignorance, but as a Schwab customer I still don't get it...pre merge, open 2 accounts, post merge, open 2 accounts...very helpful....NOT!!
