would appreciate any thoughts on current put candidates. It would seem that most put candidates are big losers in the nasdaq. Mine have been. Could be poor timing but most likely it is the rising tide which is absolutely devasting to most puts.

For example, (not to pick on MB but he did give a number of promising candidates in last Si article) Most are waaaaaaaay up. Yes Dell is down and Mu is about even, but tbh, tmx, hwp etc are waaaay up. You have to be a very saavy trader to make money in puts in this market. That said, do you have any put candidates you would recommend currently ?
