Sonny --- Good day for Wcom ---must be a pre-earnings runup and the comments from SSB . By the way is this not the guy who lowered earnings last month by three cents but still kept a buy on the stock ? Whatever the reason he still has an eighty seven dollar target on the company ---hope he sees it . I am voting for Mr Bush in November with everything being equal from now . I would not like to hear the name Clinton for a long time ( My family has a tendency to associate the word with a lack of morals ). It is time for a fresh start on the political process ( at least change the names and characters ) . I was looking at the new proposed budget for next year and agreeing with Greenspan ---pay off the debt . If they kept spending where it was we would have a surplus of two hundred and fifty billion dollars . If they bought debt back it would be the same as a tax cut in the long run . It would make the dollar stronger thus decreasing inflation and hopefully reducing interest rates for everyone especially the poor .
