Nadine, I believe it, and it is getting loonie. I have been scamming the credit card promotions for years, rolling them back and forth for cheap business working capital. I was taking advantage of a 3% loan from one that was trying to get me back into the fold since I had a 0 balance with them. They screwed up the transfer so they told me to go down to my bank and take a 5 figure cash advance and they would waive all fees. I did so, but the bank rejected my cash advance since they only cash advance 20% of the available credit line. What did the card company do? The popped my credit line by 5 times to clear the computer hurdle! What a way to run a biz. -g-
