Merill Lynch (Kurlak) of course. Their semi calls are very consistent, no matter who they hire, sic recent call on cymi. That was a buy signal if there ever was one.

Brian, if the nigh end of the world looks like a $7+ a day bump, then ... "it's the end of the world as we know it and I feel fine!" LOL

Sincerely, thank you for all the posts and the well thought out, and well presented information that helped push me back into AMAT in the 60-70s. This is my largest position by a long shot .. but only 'cause it grew to it!

This board and the truly knowledgeable industry posters have helped investors like myself piece together a cogent model from what could have been overly complex and technical details concerning AMAT's blindingly (for the likes of me) complex biz. I guess one does not need the credentials of a rocket scientist, just the ambition to learn as much as possible. For the likes of Buffett, et al. perhaps ambition should be made of sterner stuff.
