Tim: all i know is they have no sign up at 230 boylston street, chestnut hill, ma....and a quick walk through part of said building revealed small...one room type offices....with the exception of the dental office.... mghce was supposed to be building free standing single family homes, not condos, on contract, in St. Kitts, and selling these for 300K....32 homes to be exact...13 allegedly have been built....7 of which were built prior to mghce being incorporated in 1997 or 1998... have seen where these units were going to be sold for $1mm each per posters on rb board...1mm turns out to be 300K...doesn't leave much profit margin imo... rfb
