FredE I just don't see the deal not going through.... Who would break it up..Not HLIT they want DivCom badddd!!!! And Alex and Semi boys are thinking that later is better than never. There is a risk in any arb, but I think the reward far out ways the risk. Looks like a 100% return in 6/7 weeks. and with the 1/.5427 ratio HLIT could go to 600, who cares you are just long the SEMI stub. You just have to know my broker to know why I like the deal. JT Are you a F1 fan, looks like a good crowd in the fall.
