There is an old saying, don't piss on by boots, and then have the gall to tell me its raining out. This is what is happening in the gold market and industry. The guys doing the pissing are the bankers, producers, and central bankers and the guys claiming it is raining out are the same people. When I see people on this board fall for the line of bs it drives me up a wall. Yes, I believe in the value of hard assets including gold and cannot understand some people when they are so consumed with the prospects of a rally that they miss the dynamics behind a move or a failed move. The barrick statement could have been crafted by the white house writers and too see it get any kind of credibility makes my blood boil. I know you would see the release for what it was, the markets were not fooled one bit.

Let me chime in here,
I agree with Ken & Rose. ABX was out to dirty waters not clear them.
