Greenline... I just gave up!!!! Apparently they were having system problems and they were totally over loaded at the same time. Couldn't even list my orders (which is required to change them) after about 1:00pm... very frustrating!!! Their regular phone lines were so backed up that they were routing people to the Pres. Accnt lines.... sort of defeats the purpose of having them if you ask me!!! Spent about 20 minutes on the phone 3 separate times waiting re. trade stuff and another 25 minutes waiting for the Webbroker help desk to find out if I was the only one who couldn't get at their orders or whether it was a general problem... finally hung up there...

I think Schwab is going to be getting another customer very soon!!!

Dear members of the Canadian Press:

If this keeps up it's only a matter of time before some disgruntled
retail trader runs into their local TD Waterhouse branch and starts
holding a "Registered Representative" at gunpoint just to get his
orders processed.

...only a matter of time.

P.S. I made a deposit last week and now they've lost it. What a surprise.
