Bruce, It could be that there were people that did not flip their shares on Friday that simply want to lock in profits. I am in in the low 170's. I do not plan to double down until the dust settles. day 13-15 after the IPO is my target, but that is also a guess. Good luck,

I don't know of any laws that would have prohibited AVNX from selling the shares to MSFT and WCOM. The following is from the S-1 that was filed on February 2, 2000. This filing priced the IPO at $30 per share.
