another comment on Renntech's to Bux: "...Delay only runs up their legal bills unnecessarily if they plan to settle
anyway, though admittedly they might be in a better bargaining position if
they could score some points, which they haven't; conversely, if their
position of weakness is further exposed"

of interest to us in the ERICY/IDC case is that this case is as much a battle between E/O insurers of the two as it is a battle bw the two. ERICY's insurer will not for a minute continue a case ad infintum if they suspect treble damages plus interest. what is equally interesting is that IDC's insurer has continued on in the case (which is a sign of a strong case - defending a case is one thing by an insurer but pursuing by an insurer - as is IDC's case - is quite another). E&O Insurers will strongly advise (and even fight against) against continuing to pursue if they do not believe they have a 90%-95% chance of winning.

F&J has obviously convinced IDC's insurers beyond a reasonable doubt that they can win this case for IDC. Why this fact has escaped the "market" (especially those technical shakers on the AMEX) is beyond my understanding.

Renntech's business is one of being an attorney. My business is one helping certain clients (insurers) protect their asset base.

BUX: I sincerely hope you continue posting your ridiculous messages. They seem to provoke some great posts from others.

With all due respect, nobody really cares about your legal credentials. If you've got something of substance to say, just say it, without the posturing, please.
