I found a confirmation, Jerry did file to sell 500k shares in January.

If Willy and 1gig P3 arrives as the 800 P3 did, NBD.

Oh yeh, Athlon will not be going any higher, it is already at its limit since AMD jacked up the voltage. Not to mention that Dresden is 96 years late.
