Unfortunately, Democrats seem to like sanctions, because they are less aggressive, and you can blame the other guy for obstinacy. The only problem is that if the result is predictable, and the utility dubious, the mere fact that Saddam could end it does not absolve one from responsibility.......

He might get it even though the IRA will not turn in there weapons and there was another bombing this weekend. Wasn't widely reported though. Media can't screw up that "Piece" Prize.
