I agree with you that buying on dips is generally a godo thing. The only time I'm suspect is buying a stock that's dipping while the rest of the market is heading up, which was kind of the scenario over the last week or two between GMST and the rest of my stocks (CREE, QCOM, and COMS).

I hope the reason GMST is down is only because the market forgot about the TV-tech sector. We'll see soon enough in a week or so...
