I'm not about the Taylor Fladgate, but it's aged a bit, and if it was a Christmas gift, It's probably pretty nice. We keep a decanter of port next to the bed (you must decant port, BTW, because of sediment) and often have a glass just before bed. It should be plummy and warm up your mouth. Enjoy. :)

cndide, 94 is one of the best years ever for port.
Taylor is a very good brand. So don't guzzle it down like grape juice. you might also want to let it age.
