Hi, looking into this as a turnaround play. Liked the product and the contracts. However, I get very nervous when I see what happened with the delay in filing. I can't imagine why something like that can happen for more than 6 months unless it is hiding something big. You can't blame it on the accountants or lawyers like most things. If you pay them, they will complete the work. They paid for PR to hype them. Better they had used the money for the accountant. Anyone have any information on when they will file and drop the dreaded "E". Otherwise, I look for it to drop to .75
