1) VCCP- * Dec 31, 1999 qtr earnings out by end of Feb, should be way
better than Sep, 1999 qtr
* Major contracts with F-500 companies, e.g Kodak, 3M, and Sport
Illustrated, Stock exchange, etc. details to be anounced shortly.
* 2 plants running 24 hrs a day,pumping out fiber optics products
* Co is looking for ways to expand, acquisitions being considered
* PR company on board soon
* Investment banker slection being finalized to help
acquistions,finanicals, etc.
* Market for Fiber Optics is very good
* Margins are great
* 26.5 million shares O/S, with 3 million float(rest owned by insiders and
held tight)
* VNTK's state of art new generation video conferencing demo being built
at 2 household known companies, announcement with 45-60 days. Complete
witrhin 30-45 days
* Seems like VCCP management has its plan together and they made the bold
statement that :SHAREHOLDERS WON'T BE DISAPOINTED.
2) TEXN- The boards are extremely positive. Talk of the new SEA PATCH and
testing coming up Wednesday is causeing this one to HEAT UP. Rumors of
Navy, Coast Guard, Exxon...you should really take a look at the Raging
Bull. The chart is showing up up up.
3) WIZZF. Confirmed to be hosted on CNBC before the end of the
month. Turned in earnings week before last, and turned out to be a
profitable company for the fiscal year. Soon will spinoff
Stocksecrets.com. Strong chart pointing towards a technical upswing this
week. Company is unrecognized and soon to explode. Check out the RB site
for much more info. InvestorX and mushbrain8 are big posters and holders.
All this from a company trading at $1.70.
4) IGNE. Rumors of them winning 3 yeard old lawsuit against ADM. If full
judgement awarded IGNE will have cash = ~$8 per share

5) DSCS.....1,000,000 float...3,200,000 outstanding..Full reporting...
book Value 0.51..52 week range.. 0.0625------1.59--------Rumoured thats
shell is being filled...Moves on very little Volume..My best target for
this stock is 1.00..When this first went public stock was 5.00 plus.
6) AREE is starting to move. Steady volume and lots of interest with no
news or hype. This stock has had several message boards talking and lots
of interest. SI and RB are good examples of the message traffic on this
one. The price is right also.
7) BMKS -10QSB is out, I posted it on the MESSAGE BOARD. Quite an
impressive list of clients. Splash Studios Division (Formerly Washburn
Studios) Brandmaker's new media and digital design division, produces
multimedia projects from concept to completion. Award winning
web-sites, video production, illustration and design provide clients with
a broad range of communication services. Merging creativity with
technology has grown Splash Studio's client list to include over 200 major
companies in the U.S. Partial client list includes Cartoon Network,
Coca-Cola, Burger King, Nabisco, Disney, Delta Airlines, McDonalds,
Hard Rock Cafe, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation and Universal
Studios.
8) TLWN - On the verge of a major breakout. The bollinger bands are very
tight.
The OBV indicator is very positive. Not much down side. The only thing that
could derail this breakout is if the filing does not happen. But if it
does.....kaboom this one goes

9) VALH- will be supplying the Home Depot DIY store chain. Home Depot also
released news this weekend of a possible expansion into Europe. With the 3
recent aquisition announcements and new division announced, VALH has in
print projected $63M in annual revenue.Ilumber.Com CEO Clinton Yourth is
rumored to be working on VALH's long awaited B2B web site announced in
July.GMAC Canada recently extended VALH a $40M open line of credit. (See
the Harron Home Hardware press release.)
10) MPTV: This was one of my picks last week and it is on my list again
this week. This stock moved up from .01 in recent weeks to .09 this past
week, then settled down to a good base at .06. Rumor of some more good
news may be coming out early in the week. Last week this company, which
is in a venture to convert a hotel in Las Vegas, to apartments and
Timeshare Resort has just this week open a new web page for a sales
campain to sell both time shares and apartments. It is located in view of
MGM Grand and Hard Rock Cafe. NY TIMES printed last week that timeshare
sales are up around 8% in 1999 over 1998, with top sales areas being
Florida and Las Vegas. The company has just announced an agreement of
intent for construction loans of $ 52,000,000 to finish up this project.
They also filed with the SEC thus losing their E on Monday. They also
speak of at least 4 other projects along the same lines in other
countries, that they are looking at for other future Timeshare Resort
projects.
11) MVEE: They filed with the SEC thursday, and the E was removed,
causing a move from .019 to a close friday of .033. Pending news release
may come monday, which may include them showing a profit, which is great
for a new upstart company. Also, the possibility of little or no debt
should give this company the boost it needs. Their office said Friday
that they are working on 6 movie production in different levels of
completion, and Andrew Dice Clay's production by MVEE will be on Pay per
view March, 3. Also Jean Claude Vadamn, who sits on MVEE's board, has
UNIVERSAL SOLDIER THE RETURN on DIRECTV right now and it was in the top 17
movie rentals week ending Jan. 2, 2000. MVEE shares in this revenue.

12) INVT (OTC BB)is a small fiber optic company that hasn't registered on
the radar screen of many and certainly not Wall Street. The week of Feb
14th in my opinion will be the week INVT will finally take off after
roughly six weeks of side ways trading between $5.00 and $6.50. Read the
latest press release and back releases to Dec 99. The rumor is that
early next week details of the deal with Omingon/Celterra will come to
light along with possible huge $MM contracts associated with deal. INVT
only has 25M shares in the float of which 5M are tightly held by
management, another 10M shares is rumored to be held by another private
group leaving only 10M or less shares to be freely trading. INVT
announced a $30M contract with a private company and an option by this
company to purchase another $50M from INVT over the next three years.
Sources tell me that delays in news were caused by deals expanding much
larger than originally planned. A European exchange listing is just
around the corner and NASDAQ filing is said to be in the works for a
late summer listing. All in all this company will prove to be powerhouse
when they begin to disclose the the hand they are holding. This is not
only a short term play but a long term huge play. Estimates range from
$75 to $100 by year end.

13) CCGR - They are a company that makes collectibles and toys. They have
numerous tie in deals, including with the last 2 Austin Powers films, the
upcoming X-men movie from Fox, and some other big names I can't think of
off the top of my head. Their was just a toy show in NYC that they
attended and the word/expectation is that news regarding a new contract
will be coming any day now.
14) HCCAE- I highly recommend that you take a careful look at this
re-emerging company with a reported $270 million in assets. (See SEC
filings). THE "E" IS TEMPORARY!!! The SEC filings are extremely
interesting. It has just now hit the radar screens. Last week the stock
price ran up quickly during heavy trading volume in excess of 40 million
shares on one day, which I think must have caught the MM's by surprise.
Impressive.They managed to bring the price back down during the week on
much smaller volume, which suggests that HEAVY ACCUMULATION OF THE SHARES
IS OCCURRING.....
15) NVXE- New Visual Entertainment has exploded the last 2
days...especially Friday. Rumors are flying. No one knows whats up...but
something is, look at the volume and chart. Lots of info at the NVXE
thread on Raging Bull.
16) BCAM- BCAM International is rumored to be coming out with some news
within the next week or two. They are also rumored to be changing their
name to LungCheck.com. Their test can tell you whether you have abnormal
or cancerous cells in your inner lungs. Being called the next IMDS.
