PCLN sold off early but it looked like it was mainly small investors. When the sell off stopped and the stock stabilized it rallied also on small investors. There are very few trades that are large enough to qualify as a fund or insider selling lockup shares. There were only a couple dozen trades of 10k shares or more and no really big trades of 50k or above.

So far what little lockup selling that has been done was done very carefully. But there were only 1.9 million shares traded. That is less then the average that is listed at 3.5 million. At this rate it will take years for the VC's to unload their shares. Some how I don't think they will be willing to wait that long.
