Ward: I don't know if you just coined this new term but I like it.

backlogged borkers

That's it. From now on, I'm referring to them as borkers.

It just seems to somehow fit.

Ward, I know this has been said before but I feel it needs to be said again....SCHWAB!

30 second executions, great customer service and they just credited my account with a volume discount amounting to around 10% of my total commissions...and I never even asked! If Schwab can execute in 30 seconds or less and have fills reported back immediately then it can't be the KYC rule which is the problem (although it inevitably slows things down)..its inept brokerages!

<<I'm actually considering taking a trading hiatus until this blows over>>

After yesterday's Greeline headaches I pretty well took off today ... decided to run a few errands but thought I'd enter a couple orders through Talkbroker to sell some stuff out right after the open.

First off Talkbroker hung up on me 3 times as soon as it answered the phone.... very rude!!!! Tried to get a trader... standing on a street corner with my phone. When it got to the point that I had been on hold for so long that my hand was frozen and I couldn't hold the phone any more I decided to just hang up and wait till I got home, which was around 2:30ish.

Much to my amazement, Webbroker was actually up for a change. Entered a couple orders to sell off some position stuff and they each took 25 minutes to get processed..... I didn't think they could be slower than yesterday... but they were!!!!

Anyhow.... sold off my TWE and my ECG..... the latter was a DT from $19.10 but went over the 72 hour limit... sold it off at $19.70. Except for a piddling little amount of GEM which I picked up Friday I am now totally cash. Every time I look at the market levels I start to twitch.... a new experience for me and I don't know what it means....<ggggg>.... so I'm going into pure MOMO daytrader mode for a little while.... (may pick up a few ST tactical things if the price is right??).

I figure that all the trading going on (a la Greenline) is a final sign that we're near the top!!!! - if you believe in that sort of thing... I guess time will tell....????
