lazarre, First, glad to have you on-board with us. You are right, ISPD is no copper, and might not ever be. I have nothing bad to say about CMTN, they are a good company and one of the market leaders. ISPD is a fast mover and the recent results of their last quarter show growth. They have a number of deals in the pipeline that make meeting this years target of 17.5 million pretty easy. ISPD is focused on international growth, and this could be the area where they really shine. They have relationships with international resellers and during the CC we were informed that the name of mystery customer in Europe would be announced before the end of this month. We expect this, and sales in japan to be strong growth areas for the company. There is a rumor floating around that inroads to a major European telecom have been made. This is just an unsupported rumor at this time, so I don't put too much into it. As for the tech, well I am not the best guy to explain that. You probably read Stephen Yagers run-down on the tech that was posted here in November. I will say that it appears that ISPD has some advantages that are attractive to the market with the "all in one box" they are offering. If you heard the CC then you know that some ISPD equipment has been put in place to replace their competitors equipment. No details are available, so again this is more for just for information. The DSL market is plenty big enough for more than one player, that is if you believe the forecasts for the market that have been hitting the news. Wireless will be huge as will fiber, but both are still a few years away for widespread application. DLS has a big future where the infrastructure supports copper. Good Luck Thurston
