Preston, IBM did break the spread quad by one box, then reversed down and did the second DB break. It came down to the BSL at 110 and reversed to its current position. BSL is now at 112 and a double bottom at 110. Seems like it is worth waiting to see if the BSL is violated or not.

Assume that you saw that RS is in Xs and a buy. Sector in Bull Correction 54%.
