Probably none at all, given that 460GX is limited to four processors. I think Itanium servers at 8-way and above could use more memory, but that's why the Merced bus is spec'ed to address 16 terabytes of data.

Speaking of which, the server version of 460GX (yes, there is also a 2-way workstation version) will have space for 64 DIMMs. To achieve 64 GB of SDRAM, you'll basically need one gig per DIMM. And that's only achievable with 256 Mbit technology, which is just starting to enter the market.
