Interesting comment. The combination of Corel/Inprise/Borland may give Corel shareholders 56% and INPR shareholders 44%, but Dale Fuller becomes the Chairman and based on the above comment, many Corel employees will get the ax, as Corel/Inprise/Borland will not need those type of developers anymore. Just as the article stated, it's the Linux tool and application developers in the new company that will be the keepers.
