Should be pretty much online with the 8028s rolling out as we speak. Dribbles at first obviously but should be fully ramped by ~June-July. Cost savings/bonder are correct. There was also a significant tax break granted by the Singapore government. Bottomline nicely impacted.

The 1000+ bonders/quarter is being viewed as 10-15% sequential quarterly growth at least through the end of this CY (i.e. minimum 1500 bonders by Q4 FY2000). This probably should be portrayed as 'at least' through the end of 2002.

Also the non-bonder segments (FCT, XLAM, Semitec, APS, etc..) will begin to contribute to the bottomline significantly in this FY.

All of the above perhaps explain the butter/knife phenomenon.
