I gotta go with fumble and thebeach on this one.
I'm still long and quite surprised but if there hasn't
been a TO announcement by the 22nd, I'm getting out.

I think the market has spoken, and if NN doesn't want to
play nicely, they will get severely spanked.

I totally agree with what thebeach is saying. I second that.

NN had their chance to execute. The engineers did their thing, but the 'alliance managers' and 'market positioners' had cloudy crystal balls.

The ATM direction is correct, but it will take deep pockets to steer the world from its infatuation with IP and onto the steel tracks of ATM. Things will be much more
comfortable for NN and their customers if there is a clear roadmap to the future. Mating with a bigger company is the only answer.
