Sue, Sorry, I don't know offhand regarding your questions. FWIW, I've called Matrox a couple of times in the past and have had no problems getting in touch with a knowledgeable person. If you are in the market for a quad head.. give them a call (customer service/sales matrox.com. Who knows.. maybe some places has it already. I remember buying the G400 about 30 days before it became commercially available thru a 2nd tier boxmaker. It wouldn't surprise me if the G200 quadhead gets released to a couple places before wide distribution. Cheers--- John
