must be american arbs unwinding. they'd be selling bce and buying nt, both to unwind and to get away from the tax on the nt spinoff. the Canadian relative prices make more sense

more confusion. in US after hours trading nt was QUOTED at 114. i put quoted in caps, because in after hours, an institution can put in a mere offer to buy 100 shares at say 114 in the last moment of trading - not even do a trade, and that goes into the system as the last "price". - even if the stock had actually traded at 125 for the whole last hour. what actually happened in the US i can't tell because my broker's server is down.
