Hi Michael, the "ignored" status is a heavy cross to bear. But somehow I am able to get up in the morning and face the day with its weight on my shoulders. :-)

Isn't it nuts the rules regarding computer transfer from one governmental body to another? I would be willing to bet most computers at the local state Department of Transportation are two or three level upgrades, as compared to what most public schools use!

Now I wonder where they ALL go!

With a little common sense the Washington D.C. School system should have available a computer for every child! There must be millions of government computers being tossed out and hauled to some government auction house in and around the District of Columbia.

I'll bet VERY few people even know about the executive order and how beneficial it can be used.
