Good morning, David. Thanks for the tip on wood under the Whitestone Bridge. I am going to pass this information along to some friends who can use it. I'm farther north, in southern New England. This trash wood I am splitting was once miserable trees on my front lawn (total of 7). When this jumk is finally all burned, I have enough free wood to serve my needs forever, or as long as I live in this house. Three sides have forest. Nice trees or branches fall down all the time. Raaaaaah. Raaaaah. Da da da da da da... All I have to do is start the chain saw and rural renewal yields wood for the stove. Hope you aren't too tired. I myself need more than 5 1/2 hours of sleep.
