<I figure I'll be covering those between 5 and 8 a share.> Good luck. You'll more than likely be faced with a decision to cover or hold when the stock gets to 40 and 50 and ? People have gone broke shorting stocks when they refuse to acknowledge that they are wrong. <GE and IBM were never frauds, and I don't believe any of my ancestors ever called them frauds. GUMM on the other hand, is a stock fraud.> You're wrong bud. GUMM isn't a stock fraud or any other kind of fraud. Your insistence to label it as such when it doesn't exist has already cost you a bundle, and it will cost you more the longer you hold your position. <the collapse upon dissapointing sales of Zicam and the failure of the company to release any conclusive proof that its fraudulent medication works)> I don't consider the $4 decline today a "collapse" when one considers that the stock rallied from ~15 to 35 within a few weeks. The chart is still in excellent shape and I attribute today's move to profit taking, nervous retail selling, and mo-mo traders exiting the stock. If you watched Level II, you would have seen SSEC and GNLN buying up most of the stock from small retail sellers. Do you know who they are representing <wink>? Smart shorts used today's volatility to cover and make a few bucks. I'm happy for them. Congratulations to Mad2 and others that shorted the stock the other day for making a nice trade. I don't see how you can call $8 million in sales "disapointing" when it was in line with estimates. Sales of Zicam in Q3 were $1.2 million, so sales in Q4 were up 566%. You've got to be kidding if you think that is "disappointing". Apparently you didn't read the news last week. biz.yahoo.com Independent Clinical Study Confirms Initial Findings on Revolutionary OTC Cold Remedy Zicam Nasal Gel Reduced the Duration of the Common Cold by an Average of 78% This was slightly lower than the first study, 85%, but still much better than any other cold remedy on the market. When you add in the joint venture with Swedish Match to produce nicotine gum, a new dental gum contract with a toothpaste company such as Warner Lamber or Colgate, and possible alliances with pharmaceutical companies that want to use chewing gum as a delivery system for their drugs, you are fighting a losing battle. Best of luck anyway with your bogus fraud crap. You are the laughing stock of SI.
