H, allow me to add that at the moment, YHOO's right above the 22 and 50 dma. However, I disagree on the short term overbought reason you mentioned. The swings in the stock, as Peter Church has often mentioned in his posts, can rectify a short term overbought/oversold condition quite effectively and easily. Thus traditional technical analysis may not prove as effective. The indicator I use in conjuction w/ the RSI and MACD is the Williams % R. Perhaps you may find it helpful as well. Notice the breakout in December, along w/ the subsequent peak in stock price in early January. Now graph the Willy % R and you'll see it was ALWAYS short term overbought. Any student of technical analysis will appreciate this excellent example of "false" T/A :-) Good luck.

Regards,
SH

PS I agree w/ the resistance in the 370 range (what's 5 pts either way really on such a pricey stock ?) Upper resistance afterwards per my indicators is 410ish
