Actualy it was $2.03 for T when they cut the deal. $2.19 to three private investors. 50% holders are institutions

2. If you're happy with the stock going back down to that level

Tell me why it has to go down to those levels because some savvy guys got them at lower price. Do you know how much ORCL/INTC paid for Red Hat and where is it now?

I didn't think Aether was a fool by investing in MCLL! This is from Briefing.com.

Aether Systems (AETH) 182: Wireless data services company announces a joint venture with Reuters news service to develop and provide wireless data applications in Europe. Aether will initially own 60% and Reuters will own 40% of the new company. Aether also announced they plan a secondary offering of common stock and convertible subordinated debt, although the terms of the offering have yet to be determined.
