SITEK offers wet cassette buffer station for semiconductor industry

FEB 7, 2000, M2 Communications - SITEK Inc has introduced the Wet-Q 200 wet
cassette buffer station.

According to the company, the product is the first such unit to be offered to
the semiconductor industry. Designed to serve as a temporary wet storage buffer
for semiconductor wafers that must remain submerged in water, the Wet-Q 200
handles up to four 200mm cassettes in a weir overflow design and meets current
SEMI ergonomic standards for cassette placement and transfer. The unit occupies
a very small footprint of 6.7 square feet and requires only DI water, compressed
air and drain-out for operation.
