Phil, many who know me try to understand some of my thoughts as a means
to cushion their repulsive reaction to some of the solutions to problems I put forth.

That said, I here take the opposite view as yours as to what should be allowed
to the MAC personnel in any MGR/TDC/Bank/Bumbat resolution.

The information I have received outside this SI connection is that those of
the initial MAC, with MGR, agreement on Bumbat were done honestly and
with good and fair intent. The combination that the MAC side experienced with
a continued low price of gold and their lack of mining and management and
financial expertise led MAC to fall back to the safety of that which still existed
from their country under state rule.

To me no reason to punish MAC, as they did not plan or initiate an agenda
to harm mgr shareholders, but were caught between that rock and hard place.

Let the best settlement be obtained for MGR/TDC without an prior conditions.
