When did I predict Bill's financial demise?

I said "People have gone broke shorting stocks when they refuse to acknowledge that they are wrong."

This is a true statement and it doesn't predict Bill's financial demise. No matter how much money you have, it is foolish to flush it down the toilet just because you don't want to admit that you are wrong about a company.

And Bill, somehow you pulled details of the study (short time involved and sample size) out of a press release even though it didn't contain those details. This is just more BS from you, right? Kind of like your 0 retail sales comment and 0 reorders BS.

You might want to recheck that chart. GUMM rallied after the earnings were released and made a new high. It then backed off on what could be profit taking or buy the rumor sell the news. It doesn't concern me as this is common action in stocks. The longer term trend is up and you are foolish, IMO, to not use the volatility to cover your short. You can just chalk this up as another missed covering opportunity, kind of like that one you got at 11 and 13 and 16 and ??

Bill: You said "By the way, Zicam's quarterly sales could not even hold a candle to one week's worth of sales of a legitimate cold remedy."

Then perhaps you can explain why Zicam was in the top 2% of cold remedies in November and December. It seems to me that Zicam took market share away from other cold remedies during that period.
