Probably a case of too many chefs in the kitchen, but I think Mark belongs to the camp which would like to find fault with GUMM's logic. While it is easy to criticize, I doubt one can find fault with the logic....once they understand it.

Perhaps the next question is why didn't they have the manufacturing issue resolved so they could advertise at will as the cold season approached. Or, why didn't they have enough money already so they didn't have to borrow from Citadel...or...

All one can really say is....ain't life grand from where I stand!

I suspect that the share price will test a little today and find some stable footing from which to head upward. I am very comfortable with the decisions being made by Mr Kehoe and look forward to a well designed strategy moving forward. I am particularly impressed by the quickness in which they were able to rid themselves of debt.

IMO this company gets bigger on multiple fronts through a well conceived and executed strategy in the years to come.

GumTech rolling in the cash

Several things they can do with the money they are making:

1. Pay off Citadel completely
2. Finish buying the nicotine gum equipment
3. Buyout the remaining 40% so they own 100% of Zicam
4. Save up the $10M for a complete Zicam manufacturing plant
to save the $1.50 per box it is currently costing to have manufactered by Botanicals.

Regards,
S.W.
