Hi Dale,

I second the motion to lower the target for AMZN. As their last earnings release is being reviewed by more and more people...the questions being raised as to the profitability of even the book operation are raising eyebrows.

Now that the "financing" plan is announced...and they have realized they have to go offshore (Europe) to find more suckers...I mean investors...even more questions are being raised.

Consider that last weeks strongest recommendation is this weeks underwriter of the secondary offering...and I see a stock in trouble. As more analysts (without a bias towards huge underwriting fees) look at AMZN...I think the opinions will again start focusing on reality....and the stock will be even weaker.

In the event that the NAZ goes through another few days of profit taking or consolidation...and the weaker stocks...like AMZN could really take a tumble. It is not inconceivable that AMZN would drop quickly to the mid 50's...
