Peter, RE:deal will happen - long tvgia and adding I am long both GMST (an original long term position) and have been adding TVGIA (just bought more today - so far net loss in TVGIA!!!!). I think I agree with unclewest that if merger doesn't go thru, that TVGIA will get TRASHED big time. GMST will suffer short term too if merger fails, but long-term positive for GMST if patents hold. You seem to exude confidence regarding the merger. Are you being advised by some people that are pretty well clued in to the merger info and patent laws? Just curious, as I respect your opinion.
