Les, I read that StratFor article. I am not sure I agree. There is some evidence that Clinton and NATO are preparing a showdown with Slobo over Montenegro. There is a referendum election coming where the Montenegrans get to vote on whether to stay with Serbia in the Yugo slavian union or to become its own nation. Of course, Montenegro already has become independent...it has its own currency, runs its own borders, media, President etc. I think what NATO is going to do is rig the election to win "freedom" for Montenegro and then bait Milosevic into action. Then NATO will pound Serbia with everything it has in one last ditch effort to overthrow Milo and the gang. Me thinks we are about to see ACT II of the Balkan War. -John
