I see. What is the reason the Japanese won't invest in their economy? Is it problem with their psychology? Is it possible for an economy to always keep growing anyway? Is there no limit? I mean: there should be, right? Namely at the point where efficiency can't be improved anymore. But I guess Japan hasn't reached that point yet.
