Jeffrey, you are so right. But it is a lesson that must be learned by experience imo. It can't be taught (well, maybe in your case-- but it was Robert Wilson who lost the fortune shorting Resorts. Went to Hong Kong for a week's vacation confident, came back millions down, as I recall.)

(Don't mean to sound pompous. I'm still learning the darn lesson. Leave shorting to professionals!!)

Jeffery, this is the most sage advice I have read on shorting since you first discussed it. I appreciate your input on the subject.

I think Jim is getting a little emotional about QQQ and the NAS as a whole. I have always been told when emotion comes into play is when the money leaves your wallet and doesn't come back!
