LOS ANGELES, Feb. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Entertaindom.com, the newly-launched online entertainment destination from Time Warner (NYSE: TWX - news), today announced that it has significantly expanded its relationship with L90 (Nasdaq: LNTY - news), a leading provider of online advertising and direct marketing solutions. The enhanced relationship includes both an aggressive media buy on L90's network of more than 125 Web sites and an expanded reliance on the company's proprietary ad serving and tracking technology -- adMonitor.

``In launching the Entertaindom.com entertainment destination we are always looking for the most effective media buys and the best ways to monitor these buys to optimize the return on our marketing investment,' said Jim Moloshok, President and CEO of Entertaindom.com. ``This L90 relationship allows us to achieve both of these important business building goals.'

The Entertaindom.com management team and L90 have worked together since the fall of 1999. The initial relationship started with a test campaign for AcmeCity entertainment home page community. The test allowed the AcmeCity marketing team to reduce the cost of new member acquisition by an average of 50 percent.

The State of the New Relationship

The new relationship between Entertaindom.com and L90 includes two key components. First, Entertaindom.com will place a year-long media buy on the L90 network of sites, including Entertainment, Sports, Technology and 18-34 categories. Secondly, Entertaindom.com will expand its use of the adMonitor ad serving and monitoring system beyond its application for serving and tracking ads on the L90 network to generate reports to monitor Entertaindom.com's advertising across the Web.
