Update for 10:15 a.m. EST

From Flatoday:
The tower has been rolled back for today's planned launch of a Boeing Delta 2 from the Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, Boeing spokesman Walt Rice said. The launch window is scheduled from 3:54 p.m. to 4:24 p.m. EST (2054 to 2124 GMT).
But the downside is that weather conditions are worsening because of a cold front moving through the area, according to Air Force weather forecasters. They said there now is only a 40 percent chance that the launch will take place, downgraded from 70 percent Monday.
