PROVIDENCE, R.I., and NEW YORK, Feb. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- eBusiness

announced a strategic alliance with Net Quotient Consulting Group. Net
Quotient joins eBT's Consulting Alliance Program, created to provide Web-based
consultancies with the competency and support to develop and implement
