With such a large institutional ownership, the arbitrage play is a likely situation. Of couse, this would lead to speculation that the TVGuide merger is on track. Since Gemstar has actively pursued this as part of their grand strategy the current weakness in the stock could be read as a good sign, since it is signaling Henry will get a chance to get his grand plan to work.
