Way to go! The 2 directors have zilch knowledge of the gold biz if I recall correctly. They have been around since the days when SJD was something else unrelated to gold. Is there a max amt that a director can take in salary from a junior? I thought it was $5 K per mt - but if I'm right - I'm sure there are ways to stretch that rule anyways. But your right - for $200K - what effort did we see SJD doing to keep it's image alive. No web site - no shows - no resource guesses - no new metal deals despite the hundreds that they have looked at. Time for the red hot poker!
