Wow! How does this impact the mkt? Is it cost effective?


It is only cost effective if one campares internally flawless diamonds to the lab created. The FTC has made a decision that GE created diamonds must be disclosed as such and that lasered onto the girdle of the diamond is the GE trademark.

I have some articles somewhere that I will post when I get caught up with work. The buying public generally prefers the real mined article and is not enthusiastic about having the GE trademark on their diamond.

At this point in time, they are not selling well. One never knows what the future may bring<G>
