Yep, I'm long those stocks. I'm also short DELL, which Rene San Miguel just got done glowing over, not once mentioning that it is getting the crap kicked out of it because it is grossly overvalued.

I just have a hard time figuring out why YHOO, a $350 stock up 3 bucks gets props from CNBC, whereas BOUT, a $74 stock up 6 points, with a initiation of coverage from BT Alex Brown this a.m., is not mentioned. Ditto for Elan, a $34 stock up 2 1/2 on heavy volume due to an upgrade and a positive presentation at a Merrill Lynch conference this a.m.

Again, the reason people refer to them as CNBS is because the same old 15-20 stocks get fawned over, every frigging day, regardless of what else is going on in the market. Memo to CNBS producers: variety is the spice of life. Tell us about some stocks that are moving besides the "Nifty 20."
